Development of a Follow-up-Database to evaluate mortality rates of Staff.
Situation: Pursuant a health risk assessment, a huge corporation examined its former staff's mortality rates.
Solution: A follow-up database application was created that organises, and allows for, the documentation of the communication with the registration offices and the local health authority to track down the place of residence and the former staff's status, as well as the cause of the person's death (if diseased). In the case of missing answers from the respective authorities, a module takes care of repeated letters after a reasonable period of time. A report module tracks the work's results, and generates reports on request.
